Eco Shopping in the Forth Valley

Are you an eco-shopper? There are a growing number of eco and zero waste shops across the Forth Valley, as well as organic vegan cafes, but do you know about them and do you use them? There are obvious reasons for shopping the the climate in mind, but are there also barriers to using these services?
